Commitment to accessibility

The Trnava Self-Governing Region is committed to making the website cenaantonasrholca.sk accessible in accordance with Slovak Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and Decree No. 78/2020 Coll. on Standards for Public Administration Information Technologies, as amended, which transpose Directive (EU) 2016/2102. The target is level AA of WCAG 2.1 (standard EN 301 549).

This statement applies to https://cenaantonasrholca.sk, including the English (/en/) and Hungarian (/hu/) versions.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements above for the reasons listed below. A formal WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.

Non-accessible content and remediation status

Known issues:

  • YouTube videos on laureate profiles may not have captions or a transcript. This is third-party content; adding captions will be considered in the next content update.
  • Supplementary text in gold (e.g. labels above sections) may not meet the required 4.5 : 1 contrast ratio at small sizes.
  • Formal verification of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance (manual testing including a screen reader) has not yet been carried out.

Issues fixed (October 2026):

  • Links are visually distinguished by an underline or an arrow; emphasised text that is not a link is no longer underlined.
  • A “Skip to content” link was added for keyboard users.
  • Empty links in the previous/next navigation were removed.
  • Fonts are served from our own server, without third-party services.
  • Animations are disabled when the user has enabled reduced motion in their system (prefers-reduced-motion).

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the website supplier and the findings of an internal security audit of 27–28 October 2026, using automated tools and manual checks in common browsers.
